House Boon, situated in Greyton, will start being built in our factory at the beginning of June 2011. The building & interior have been designed in-house. The house consists of three separate buildings interlinked with frameless glass walkways. The house was designed to blend in with the rich heritage of Greyton while remaining modern & sustainable.

The roof is designed in such a way that all rain water is caught and re-used. Insulated walls & underfloor heating will ensure the temperature is regulated.
