Perfect Places is a forward thinking building company, using sustainable, local and eco-friendly materials. A patent-pending modular system is used to create comfortable, versatile and energy efficient spaces that have an average on-site building time of as little as 3 months. We offer a unique perspective on ecological building, as that is our passion and hope for the future of the building industry.

The structure of the wall system is timber frame with heavily insulated walls to ensure optimum temperature control within the building.  The building is divided up into modules which are pre manufactured in our factory; this allows us to have full control over the quality and precision of the building. When fully fitted with plumbing pipes and electrical cables the modules are taken to site and the building can be assembled onto a solid foundation. Once the building has been erected the exterior is cladded, plumbing and electrical connections are set up, the cabinetry is installed and then the finishing takes place.

The time on site is much shorter than in traditional building as much of the work is done in the factory, and the rubble on site is kept to a minimum, thus reducing the environmental impact on the site.

We incorporate Eco friendly materials such as HempCrete and Hemp insulation in the walls, Magnesium Board for cladding, FSC Wood, recycled stone counter tops and eco-friendly paints. We continue to research and source materials that are ethically produced and no-damaging to the environment as well as the people inhabiting the building.
